Q. Is this activity legal?

A. Yes. Every country has laws that pertain to the act of exchanging gifts between individuals. These laws may differ from country to country, however, every person has the right by law to give freely of their own free will with no expectation of return.Churches, civic groups and people from all walks of life have practiced and participated in organized gift exchange activities for hundreds if not thousands of years.

Q. Why is there no company?

A.     The Give1Get4 web portal is just that a portal, that is setup specifically to allow friends and friends of friends to exchange gifts of their own free will in a private and secure environment. Additionally, the entire activity is conducted solely by its participants. Additionally, companies are not permitted to participate in this activity.

Q.  How do I register to become a Participant in Give1Get4?

A.  Click on the navigation link Register above or at the bottom of this page and complete the short personal information form, choose your pledge level(s) click submit which will take you to a second page, check the boxes to ensure ALL the information is correct and click confirm.

Q. What happens after I enroll?

Several things:

1. Go tohttps://g1g4lite.net/members/index.php and login using the User Name and Password you choose during registration.2. Pay your Software Licensing Fee, until this paid you will not have access to the Pledge Administration Portal. You will have several choices all of which are electronic.3. After paying the SLF log back into the PAP click View Pledges To Send, then the Gift ID# and immediately send your pledge(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be placed in to your Enrollers matrix until after you pay the SLF.Q.  After I choose to enroll how long do I have to send out my pledge(s)?

A.     You MUST be prepared to send any pledge(s) you make immediately. If you don’t have it to send don’t make it. Your failure to send your pledge CAN result in your PERMANENT REMOVAL from the GIVE1GET4 activity.

Q. What do I do next?

A.  You begin your activity by participation in the live calls and invite people of like mind to review your web site using your Guest Code.

Q. What is my Guest Code?

A.    Everyone who registers in Give1Get4 receives their own Private and Personal Guest Code, this is what you give to others you wish to review and/or participate in this activity. This identifies you as the inviter of both Guests and Participants and logs that information in your PAP.

Q. Do I get a replicated site?

A.     No. However, you do get your own individual and personalized Guest Code that recognizes you and only you when guests visit your g1g4lite.net web site. Your Guest Code personalizes the site in your name when you have a guest and should any guest you have invited decide to register you will be credited with inviting that guest.

Q.  Do I need to wait until my matrix is complete to receive pledges??

A.    No. As soon as a participant appears on you second level that pledge goes to you. Example you invite someone and they invite someone that pledge goes to you! 1 plus 1 and you are receiving!Additionally, all pledges falling on your second level go to you, you only need to send another after you have received many and have recycled.

Q. Do I receive all the pledges in my matrix?

A.   No. There are two levels to each matrix, your first level, which has two positions, and your second level, which has four positions. Your first level pledges go to the person above you. Your second level is the level in which you receive all your pledges.

Q. What happens after I complete a cycle?

A.    Upon completing a matrix your are automatically reentered in your enrollers current or open matrix in their first available position going from left to right top to bottom for that level. E.g. if you have just completed a 100 matrix you are placed in your enrollers current 100 matrix. That matrix is then closed and you start a brand new one. And this occurs each and every time you complete a matrix.

Q. Do I have to reenter?

A.     This is an automatic process when your matrix is complete you will be repositioned in the first available position under your enroller.

Q.  Do I always Follow my enroller ?

A.  Yes. Every time cycle you are automatically reentered in your enroller’s current matrix to help them to cycle again again.

Q. Why is there 3 levels and must I pledge in all?

A. There are many types of givers each with their own giving preferences. Therefore, 3 levels of participation and it is a choice you make of your own free will which level or levels you decide to participate in.

Q.  Is there a genealogical relationship between the 3 levels?

A. Yes! As you and your team decide to move to higher levels each participant is Coded to their enroller.

Q.  Are there any requirements to Participate after I pay the SLF and send my pledge(s) ?

A.  No. However, should you cycle prior to enrolling 2 participants personally you will not be reentered in another matrix. Once you have personally enrolled 2 you will be placed back into your enrollers current or open matrix.

Q. What happens if a person I enroll decides to go to a higher level before me?

A.    That is NOT a bad thing because should you pledge to the higher level as well when that person(s) recycles they will be repositioned back under you. Therefore, they are building a team for you prior to your arrival!Additionally, that person will be compressed to your enroller should they be in the higher level or keep looking up until it finds a person in your genealogical hierarchy.

Q. I have heard this system is automated ?

A.    That is correct, the entire activity and the System G are preprogrammed to function independently with no human intervention    the only processes not automated are the pledging and sending of your pledges.

Q. If I only registered on level 1 can I pledge into the higher levels later ?

A.  Yes. After making your original pledge(s) and after both the SLF and your pledge(s) have been honored you may manually progress to the next level and if you choose once that pledge has been received you may pledge to the next level as well.

Q. Is there spillover ?

A.  Yes. If the person above you in your current matrix is completing their matrix fast than you may receive spillover, as a matter of fact, your matrix can be complete by people you did not invite or have never met before.However, this is not a guarantee and you should not base your decision to pledge on that fact.

Q.  I don’t know anyone else of like mind.?

A.     It is then strongly recommended that you refrain from making a pledge unless you intend on inviting two or more like minded participants as this activity is about giving, sharing and receiving.

Q.  Do I have to invite guest or enroll people before I receive pledges ?

A.  No. However, if your matrix completes prior to you registering two or more guests a new matrix will not open for you. Once you have two personally enrolled guests a new matrix will automatically open in your enrollers current matrix allowing you to once again receive pledges.

Q.  What is the Pledge Administration Portal (PAP) ?

A.  This is your back office where you visually observe you entire activity in Real-Time. Is probably the most comprehensive back office available online and has literally dozens of user-friendly features to make your activity enjoyable and easy to understand

Q.  When can I access my private PAP?

A.  Immediately upon paying your SLF. However, until both the SLF and your pledge(s) have been acknowledged as received you will only have limited access and not be able to see any pledge(s) that may be coming to you.

Q.  I am trying to register and it won’t accept my information. Why?

A.     You may be using either an email address or phone number that is already recognized by the system. The system does not allow for the same email address or phone number to be used by more than one person.Or you may have tried to register previously and the system is recognizing your personal information. You will need to use a different email address and phone number to re-register.After you have registered send an email to support@g1g4lite.net so you can use your original email and phone number.

Q.  I forgot/misplaced my password - how can I login ?

A. You may recover your User Name and Password from the member login page. Once there, enter the current email address that you are using in the Forgot Login Info box and email will be immediately sent to that email address with your User Name and Password.

Q. I just registered why am I unable to login into the back office?

A.  There are a few of reasons why this may occur

1. You may have forgotten your User Name and Password, in which case you can simply go to the members login screen and submit the email address you registered and they will be sent to you.
2. You must pay the Software Licensing Fee BEFORE you can access the back office
3. When you registered, your registration may not have been received properly due to the email service you are using (occasionally when using many of the free services information is not passed back in timely manner, such as, AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Hotmail etc.) and you need to be activated manually. IN THE EVENT OF REGISTERING AND PAYING YOUR SLF and you still can’t login immediately send an email to support@g1g4lite.net.

Q.  I received an error during the registration process, I'm not showing in my enroller's back office and I can’t use the same email I originally used. What can I do?

A. In that event you will need to reregister using a different email address and phone number as the GIVE1GET4 system only allows for the single use of an email and phone number. If you wish to use your original email and phone number, reregister using different info and send an email to support@g1g4lite.net and we will change it back to your preferred email and phone number.
